Maternity
Maternity is one of the greatest joys and hardships in life. Something that feels like a lifetime but also gone in a flash. Through the ups and downs one thing remains, the love we have for our little baby.
Those months of tender care, how our bodies adapted and changed to provide that precious haven.
This is something that we should all be immensely proud of, just how amazing our bodies are!
Pregnancy is a funny thing. One minute we glow, the next is hormones, spots and stretch marks.
Here at Newborn Portraits we pride ourselves on listening to what you want.
Glamours, natural, flawless, raw, gently edited... what ever you want we can do!
We work slowly, in your own time, always making you feel comfortable and beautiful.
Why not document this journey in your life, the start of your precious baby's life,
with beautiful photos that will last forever.
Clothing
It is entirely up to you what you wear for your maternity session.
We give advice of matching tonal colours if you are bringing the family, simple is best.
Avoiding logos and patterns. Basic all black and whites work well for adults, or natural earthy tones.
We have some wonderful dresses available at the studio should you wish to use some, but please let me know before hand so we can plan ahead.
If you are opting for a family clothing change during the session please remember to have these pre-planned. I can help with this if you would like guidance .
After the session
We will arrange your viewing appointment. Images will be ready within 3 weeks of the shoot.
At the viewing you can choose your package and add any additional products that you may want.
A digital package must be purchased before any additional products can be ordered.
Sneak Peek
I usually aim to get an image on the blog or Facebook page the same or following day for you to see, providing you are willing to sign a consent form at the end of the session. The remainder of your images will be available to view at an in person appointment within 3 weeks of your session date. This will be arranged at/or before your session.
Orders must be placed during the in person order appointment, online galleries are not available.
Your finished products will be ready for collection or delivery 2 to 4 weeks after your order has been placed.
*Please note a sneak peek may not always be available, it is at the photographers discretion.
